JuJu.J Designs understands that at times garments are not exactly what you thought, and therefore they should be returned.
However, if an item is returned, we would be happy to exchange it for another item. The item has to be unopened, and in its original packaging that it was shipped in. All tags and accompanying paperwork, should be included as it was, when shipped to the customer, along with the original receipt. The return process should be delivered back to us within seven days of receipt. JuJu.J Designs reserves the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet the necessary requirements, previously listed.

CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

How do I return an item?
Return items must be returned within seven days of receipt of item. Items must be unopened and be in its original packaging that was shipped to the customer. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay for all return items, including postage and packaging.
What is your returns policy?
If returned items are unopened, the customer will receive a full refund in the manner of payment that was used. If an item was opened, but not used, the customer will receive an exchange item of equal value. WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED ITEMS, THEREFORE DO NOT RETURN THESE ITEMS, BECAUSE THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.

How do I track my order?
The customer will be notified of the shipping when the item is shipped to the customer.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do provide international delivery which will be added to the customer's bill at check out.
